Wildlife West Music Festival Sponsorships
Each year, during the first full weekend in August, Wildlife West holds one of New Mexico's finest music festivals. We seek sponsorships for these festivals to allow us to bring nationally-recognized acts to the area at a reasonable price along with outstanding local performers at a reasonable price. Your sponsorship of the Annual Wildlife West Music Festival helps support a wonderful community event that provides attendees the opportunity to expand their exposure to a variety of bluegrass, folk and acoustic music and experience everything the Park has to offer.
For $100 you can be a Fiddle Fox Friend and your name will be listed in the Music Festival weekend Program!!
Be a Sponsor! All levels of sponsorship ($250 and up) allow for the event display of a 3’X 5’ banner in the 500 seat event center -- $500 and up sponsorship banners will be displayed the entire season.**
- Dulcimer Deer: $250- Includes a sponsor provided 3’X 5’ banner displayed in the event center, booth space at the Music Festival (Sat,Sun) and 2 tickets good for either Saturday or Sunday events!
- Pennywhistle Peregrine: $375- Includes Dulcimer Deer PLUS, 2 additional tickets (4 in all) good for both Saturday and Sunday events!
- Guitar Gray Wolf: $500- Includes a sponsor provided 3’X 5’ banner (full-season display), booth space at the Music Festival, 6 free $25 tickets good for bothSaturday and Sunday events PLUS, 4 Friday night barn dance passes, and sponsor’s name printed in the music festival program!
- Banjo Bear: $1,000- Includes Guitar Gray Wolf PLUS, your Logo on the Music Festival program and promotional materials, and acknowledgement from the stage during the Music Festival!
Wildlife West is a 501-c-3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the rich heritage of New Mexico wildlife and its habitat through scientific research, education, and the sponsorship of a wildlife park. Throughout the year the park employs approximately 25 teenagers and provides volunteer opportunities for at least 20 more youth in our community. The park is the only zoo and wildlife refuge built entirely by youth, and the music festivals are an integral part of our efforts to serve our community and the region.
